Come join the Weigand-Omega Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Groundskeeper with our team at Reserves at Ironwood, located in Oskaloosa, IA. To maintain all outdoor areas in a safe, clean, and attractive condition and perform minor repairs throughout the property. Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities

• Applies common sense understanding to carry out simple one to four step instructions
• Deal with standardized situations with occasional or no deviations from standard procedures required
• An associate in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following tools: Hand Tools: various wrenches, grips, sledgehammer, hammer, snips, post hole diggers, saws, rakes, etc.
• User-Moved aids: wheelbarrows, dollies, buckets, hoists, jacks, step ladders, full ladders, double ladders
• Must have a telephone where you can be reached.

Experience Training and Education

• No formal training required, just a willingness to work and learn
