2. Research potential suppliers and contractors for new store development projects and other projects inside the department.
3. Develop forecasts for materials and contractors for future development projects.
4. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors, obtain the best available pricing and terms and ensure contract obligations and timelines are met.
5. Build and manage relationships with key suppliers to promote mutual beneficial relationships between organizations.
6. Ensure all products, materials and contractors meet the company standards.
7. Track, record, receive and document orders/arrivals.

Associates or equivalent in experience
Prior experience working with a government agency or utility preferred.
Experience with software programs such as Esri GIS, Energov, Blueprint not required but helpful.
