```Duties```
- Provide case management services to individuals or families in need
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized service plans
- Assist clients in accessing necessary resources and services, such as housing, healthcare, employment, and education
- Monitor client progress and make appropriate referrals as needed
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate support and services
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, counselors, and healthcare providers, to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
```Skills```
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and guidelines
- Understanding of Section 8 housing assistance program
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to case management
- Ability to provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' needs
