ROLE SUMMARY
- Generate client reports and manage quarterly reporting
- Initiate trades within client portfolios
- Maintain data in portfolio management system, BD3
- Understand compliance issues, work collaboratively with CCO to adhere to all compliance requirements including assisting in annual examinations as needed
- Assist CCO with maintenance of compliance policies and documentation
- Maintain and grow the firm’s relationship with key investment software vendors
- Assist in the updating and managing the firm’s proprietary investment models in BD3 rebalancer
- Interact with clients and third‐party professional providers as necessary in servicing clients’ needs
- Assist Portfolio Manager in aggregating client accounts into the portfolio management system
- Assist Portfolio Manager in client communication as required
- Initiate and assist with ongoing improvements and updates of new and existing technology platforms
- Develop and maintain written documentation (systems) of all activities
- Perform other operational duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of investment or financial planning experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or comparable discipline
- Interest in pursuing advanced designation such as the Certified Financial Planner or Charted Financial Analyst
