Working directly with the District Manager, General Managers are the restaurants first in command. This includes managing the daily operations, team building, coaching, and developing.
Key responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train and orientate a team
- Oversee and enforce proper standards and procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Inventory counting and recording.
- Cash Management.
- Create schedules for their stores.
- Opening, closing, and additional administrative duties.
- Ensure proper food handing and preparation.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in management and staff training within the food service industry
- Strong skills in food service management and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Experience in inventory control and cash handling
- Background in casual and fine dining, as well as banquet and catering services
- Excellent team management and supervisory abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- As a GM you are the business runner, we expect you to fill in any holes that come about. Meaning if your store isn't open or doesn't have a closer you fill in. As the GM you are responsible for hiring and making sure the store has all it needs. If not it falls on you. Do you understand this?
