How will you live out our mission?
This position will have the opportunity to impact members lives daily by interacting with our technology systems to provide a wide variety of information to Members on accounts, debit/credit cards, online and mobile banking, payments, interest rates, loan options, savings programs, research and documentation errors or discrepancies. Through our training and education program you will learn about all of our services and products that you can offer to members after listening to their needs to ensure they pursue smart financial solutions. Maintaining positive relationships with members is a must to identify opportunities to offer deposit, loan, and convenience products to meet a members financial needs. Call Center/Video Teller Representatives are expected to maintain confidentiality of account information and stay up to date on Credit Union regulations, policies, and procedures. Like all positions, there are required reports and records that need to be completed accurately and promptly so attention to detail is a must!
What are we looking for:
· High school graduate or equivalent level of experience
· At least 2 years related experience in a call/contact center
· General knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures
· Ability to deliver excellent customer service
· Ability to work under pressure and communicate well
· Ability to learn and operate computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
· Solid math and bookkeeping abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
