General Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner. Suggests / makes introductions for cross selling and referral of bank products and services.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process various financial transactions for customers
- Answer customer questions
- Cross-sell and refer products and services whenever possible
- Knowledge and understanding of the bank’s products and services and the benefits they offer to the customer
- Accurate balancing of cash drawer
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Professional customer service experience
