In this role, you will manage the operational framework that supports the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, focusing on enhancing efficiency, driving process improvement, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong operational skills to collaborate effectively across teams and deliver measurable results.
The Lead-to-Cash Operations Manager will be instrumental in leveraging technology and process improvements to drive efficiency and value within West Monroe. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Lead-to-Cash process, from lead generation to collections, ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Develop and implement recommendations to optimize operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales, staffing, finance, and IT teams to align operational processes with business objectives.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve Lead-to-Cash performance.
- Deliver actionable insights and updates to leadership through data analysis and reporting.
- Act as the business sponsor for CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle), providing input on priorities and requirements.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning) to drive digital transformation and innovation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and governance frameworks for operational processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Lead-to-Cash processes in IT or consulting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., Kantata, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP).
- Proven track record in process optimization and business transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
