Westbury Toyota is looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Automotive Receptionist. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This key position welcomes guests, answers incoming calls and directs them appropriately. Regular schedule is Saturday from 9am to 6pm , Sunday from 11am to 5pm and Tuesday evening from 5:30pm -8:00pm; additional hours available during busy holiday periods or to cover other shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that the reception area is clean and organized.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry if needed.
• Provide general office support to staff as requested.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer support role; receptionist experience preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Must possess clear communication skills; bi-lingual candidates (Spanish) preferred.
