What is the position?
We are currently looking to hire a service-minded, detail-oriented, friendly individual as an Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our Agents to provide knowledgeable and professional account management. The right individual for this position should be personable and dedicated to providing the best customer experience.
Essential duties include:
- Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are understood and met.
- Process policy renewals and issue certifications as required or requested.
- Review quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare sales information for customers such as proposals and policy summaries.
- General account maintenance and data management.

What should I know for the position?
- While someone with industry experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person.
- This position does require a current and valid Oregon Property & Casualty license. If you don’t have one, we will help you obtain one within 30-days of hire.
- You are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
