Learning and Development Coordinator
This person will coordinate and organize training programs and training events. This position will be the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS) and participate in analyzing training needs, implementing training programs, tracking training progress and results. They will also assist in the design, development, of training programs.

Primary Responsibilities
- Administer the LMS system ensuring courses and course communications are updated and registrations are tracked and maintained.
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs, training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Schedule classrooms and ensure theyre properly supplied and set up.
- Act as a point-of-contact for training requests and respond to training related challenges as they arise.
- Help develop standard operating procedures for L&D department.
- Provide feedback on class, instructor, and vendor activities pertaining to course requirements and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Organizational Behavior or other related field and or 1 - 2 years experience supporting L&D programs or a related role.
- Must have experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must be able to build strong relationships, collaborate, and interface with staff and vendors.
- Must work well under pressure with competing demands and solutions.
- Technically savvy and experience using the MS Office Suite.
