Job Description / Skills : This is a fully remote position. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sr.Change Specialist to join our team and support enterprise-wide efforts to shift mindsets and behaviors as address ongoing people, process and technology changes to keep pace with customer needs and expectations. This role is ideal for someone to develop their skills in change leadership and organizational transformation. The Change Specialist will collaborate across business units and product teams to help guide them through transitions, ensuring that our workforce is engaged and aligned with our strategic goals and organizational priorities. Key responsibilities Support change initiatives : Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of change leadership activities, ensuring they are integrated with broader business vision, goals and top priorities. Stakeholder engagement : Work with cross-functional teams to identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and understanding of new processes, tools, behaviors and mindsets. Communication and Training : Help develop clear, concise communication plans and readiness and training materials to inform employees about upcoming changes (and what’s not changing), how the changes affect their role, and how they impact day-to-day work. Monitor and evaluate : Track the progress of change initiatives, collect feedback, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of change activities (individually and holistically across Company). Behavioral shifts : Assist in fostering a culture that embraces continuous learning, adaptability, and collaboration through workshops, tools, and change champions, while modeling Change Leadership behaviors to others Support leadership : Provide Change Leadership coaching and resources to leaders, helping them guide their teams through small and large–transformation efforts. Best practices and innovation : Stay up to date on the latest trends and tools in change leadership, bringing new ideas and practices to help improve our approach. Key qualifications Continuous learner : Eager to learn and grow in the field of change leadership, change communications and organizational transformation. Analytical skills : Ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making and track the success of change initiatives. Communication skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple and engaging way, as well as think through various audience and message strategies Collaboration : Experience working in a team-oriented environment, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels including stakeholder management. Problem-solving : Proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions. Adaptability : Comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating the ability to work, and be able to quickly pivot direction and or approach, in a fast-paced, changing environment. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, organizational development, or a related field or equivalent combination of experience and certifications.Preferred experience 3-5 years of experience in change leadership / management, project management, HR, or a related field. Familiarity with Change Leadership / Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is preferred. Experience in financial services or a highly regulated environment is a bonus. Pay Range : $60.00 – $67.00 per hour, depending upon experience. Health & Medical Benefits, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Time applicable by state.
