What are the responsibilities and job description for the Income Maintenance Caseworker II, 293-02-229 position at Wilkes County Department of Social Services?
The primary focus of this position will be to determine and re-determine eligibility for applicants seeking food assistance. Gather data concerning family and finances; reviews budget, declaration form and other applicant information. Maintains records and reports of daily activities. Will also be required to complete casework for other eligibility programs, including Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) and Crisis Intervention Program (CIP). Other duties may apply.
