What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vehicle Mechanic position at Willis Knighton Health?
Willis-Knighton is seeking a new Vehicle Mechanic. The purpose of this job is to maintain the service ability by inspecting and maintaining the vehicle fleet. The Vehicle Mechanic will also maintain an ongoing preventative maintenance program to insure that the vehicles are cared for in a timely manner and correct problems as they arise. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: engine tune-ups, tire rotation, washing and detailing, repairing mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and replacing parts.
Qualified applicants must be a high school graduate, must have 5 years of experience as a fleet mechanic, a minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet vehicle management and a good driving record. The applicant must be able to get along well with others and be a self-motivating person. Computer skills are desired.
