Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their orders.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, including Aloha POS if applicable.
- Process transactions quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end area.
- Assist with any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring quality service.
Skills
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Background in a restaurant or quick service fast food environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer experience.
