THE POSITION:
The Accounting Clerk function plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of the accounting department. Reporting to the Accounting Manager you will be responsible for the daily accounts payable transactions as well as other miscellaneous accounting functions as needed. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Credit card and credit memo processing
- Invoicing
- Collection on delinquent accounts
- Customer account reconciliation
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In addition to being passionate about what you do and dedicated to our mission and vision, Accounting Clerks with the best chance of success also possess the following:
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
- 1-3 years of clerical accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
