Job Summary
The Auditor Agent I performs basic auditing tasks to ensure that customer orders meet the company’s standards and compliance requirements. They will be responsible for pre-screening documentation, communicating with sales teams and installers, and entering work orders for production.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Pre-screen documentation to verify all details meet Windows USA standards and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all window sizes and specifications documented are within allowances to be manufactured.
- Escalate orders outside of parameters to sales management, ensuring updates are tracked.
- Enter work orders to inform installers of all materials needed for installation.
- Communicate via text/phone with sales teams and installers to correct any mistakes or misunderstandings.
- Enter job stock and specifications of windows/sizes into the ordering system for production.
- Prioritize oldest or lowest stock area orders in line with scheduling needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Experience: 1-2 years of auditing or data entry experience (Preferred).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
Working Conditions
- Work Environment: In-office setting, working closely with installers and management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a seated position for long periods, work with computers and CRM systems.
- Work Schedule: Standard business hours with potential for extended hours as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
