Position Summary
The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the university’s compliance with Title IX, the federal law prohibiting discrimination based on sex in educational programs and activities. This position ensures a safe and equitable environment for all students, faculty, and staff by managing the university’s response to incidents of sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other forms of gender-based discrimination. The Coordinator provides leadership in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the university’s Title IX policies, procedures, and programs.

- Experience conducting investigations and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training related to Title IX compliance.
- Experience in a higher education setting.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws related to discrimination and harassment.
