VAN WEY, METZLER, WILLIAMS, PLLC (VWMW) seeks an experienced Professional Legal Administrator (PLA) / Law Firm Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role allows for a blend of remote and in-person work, with training and initial work to be conducted on-site.
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven PLA with a strong sense of purpose and urgency. Responsibilities include overseeing various functions such as administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and business systems.
The successful candidate will work hand in hand with Executive Management on strategic planning, policy implementation, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Compensation

- Firm operations
- Financial oversight, analysis & reporting
- SOP creation & maintenance
- Ownership of Knowledge Management System (KMS)
- KPI creation and reporting
- Management of meeting and report sequence
Strong Preference For The Following Credentials
- Master’s degree
- Prior law firm managerial/administrative experience
- Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) certification
- 4 years relevant experience
- Highly skilled in Excel, data analysis, and running reports
