To ensure that we exceed our client’s expectations, we are looking for a highly-skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to train directly with our senior-level executives and gain extensive knowledge on how to effectively represent our clients. Additionally, you will collaboratively work with some of our finest team members across other departments like: Client Relations, Customer Service, and Sales. The Customer Service Representative position is designed for someone with a true passion for fostering positive client relations and creating value!

 

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative: 

  • Enhance every customer’s experience by providing a genuine, positive, and professional interaction when assisting them both directly in person and virtually over the phone
  • Increase new customer acquisitions by utilizing product knowledge to educate potential customers on our client’s products, services, and sales promotions
  • Apply market research and competitive pricing to upsell our client’s products and services when it benefits the customer’s needs
  • Identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps
  • Ensure any records of the customer’s contact information, billing address, installation date, and preferred sales package are correct before submitting them to our Sales team
  • Gain full comprehension of our client’s campaign goals, current promotions, new expansions, and sales targets by attending all conference calls and participating in on-site training sessions
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Service and Sales team to establish and achieve daily sales goals
 

Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills: 

  • Charismatic, empathetic, and personable demeanor that is well-perceived by potential customers and fellow Client Service Trainees
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and flexible working both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Extroverted nature and confident in verbal communication, visual presentation, and public speaking
  • Solution-oriented and provides creative, clear, and concise responses to our customer’s issues through critical thinking
  • Self-driven, motivated, and eager to train with our senior-level Client Service Trainees to develop stronger relationship-building skills with our clients
 

Basic Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative: 

  • High School diploma or comparable certification required
  • Certification in customer relations, customer service, or a similar field recommended
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or other related field preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience working in Client Services, Client Relations, Customer Service, and Sales preferred
  • Flexible schedule and reliable transportation to meet directly with clients

Salary : $46,000 - $56,000
