Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into internal databases and systems.
- Review, verify, and maintain data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with organising and filing physical and electronic records.
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Assist with data entry projects and administrative tasks.
- Support office staff with general clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
