Woodfords Family Services has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time (40 hours per week) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Central, ME! This position will be based out of our offices in Manchester, with clinical services being rendered in the Greater Waterville area & surrounding school districts.
Position Summary
The BCBA serves an integral part of the treatment team and provides behavioral and clinical consultative services to children and teenagers with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities in home, community, and educational settings. Services include evaluation, assessment, behavioral observation (collects and analyzes data), plan and program development, and staff & caregiver training.
No commercial billing requirements which means more time investing in quality service delivery & intervention!
Opportunity Details
- Full-time (40 hrs.); Monday through Friday; Flexible Hours!
- $75,000 starting salary
- $2,500 Sign-on Bonus! - paid at 6 months of employment
- Opportunities toward required CEUs and training is paid & provided on us!
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- At least 2 years of experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience working in a variety of settings with individuals with severe interfering behaviors
- Valid driver's license and reliable use of a safe, insured motor vehicle
