Were seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our group dealerships and its different departments. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and supporting our overall talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Utilize various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to source high-quality candidates.
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Screens applicants and selects qualified candidates.
- Assists with the interview process by scheduling interviews with the hiring managers and makes recommendations.
- Partners with HR to ensure recruiting procedures are accurate and reflect current policies and practices.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
- Some experience in recruiting preferred
- Valid Drivers License
