Currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential properties throughout Delaware County, PA. As a Porter/Cleaner you will be responsible for various cleaning and maintenance tasks, contributing to the overall functionality of our apartment communities. These functions include but are not limited to:
- Daily upkeep and cleaning of the interior common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and elevators.
- Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas, including walkways and entry points.
- Assist in the apartment turn-over process of vacant units; cleaning appliances in vacant units; refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, washer/dryers etc.
- Walking the grounds daily to maintain the curb appeal of the community.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
