Green Mountain Crane Service, a family-owned provider of crane services, is looking for a Crane Operator to join their team in Swanton, VT.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform operations of a 40-ton, 142 boom length crane on required job sites and work areas.
- Go out to job locations to examine and assess the job site.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery, conducting basic repairs and routine maintenance as needed.
- Follow all required safety guidelines and protocols.
- Act as a subject matter expert for crane operation and provide input on project planning.
- Communicate and coordinate with the owner and other leadership on project expectations, plans, timelines, and progress.
- Perform other duties as needed.
