A Day in the Life of a Plant Manager:
As a Plant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our newest facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely managing day-to-day operations and encouraging continuous improvement among your team.
- Implementing company standards to ensure product quality meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Coordinating production goals and establishing operational objectives for timely deliveries.
- Hiring and training local personnel to build effective teams.
- Managing inventory through our ERP system to ensure sufficient supplies for daily activities.
- Maintaining clear communication with our main branch and addressing any issues proactively.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Knowledge of manufacturing and warehousing processes
- Strong computer skills (excel, email, ERP systems)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
- Good basic math skills and willingness to perform physical labor
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
A college degree is preferred, but we value relevant experience and skills as well!
Work Schedule
- Standard operating hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM standard warehouse hours
