Senior Project Manager - healthcare

A leading construction management firm in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare construction projects. Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will:

• Lead and manage multiple healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience: At least 8 years of project management experience in construction, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of healthcare construction regulations and processes.
• Certifications: PMP, CCM, or equivalent credentials (preferred).
