In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping cryopreserved biological samples to destinations worldwide while ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards. You will work closely with liquid nitrogen storage systems and play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of stored specimens.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee cryogenic storage and shipping operations to ensure safe and efficient handling of samples.
- Prepare shipments for domestic and international transport following strict compliance guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure all storage tanks and shipping containers function correctly.
- Track and record tank levels, temperatures, and sample inventory to ensure product viability.
- Follow internal processes and quality guidelines to meet all regulatory standards.
- Manage and maintain shipping supplies, inventory systems, and storage tanks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges related to shipping and storage.
