Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development and Delivery:
- Develop training programs in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Conduct and supervise new hire training sessions, both classroom and physical, covering a range of topics relevant to our operations.
- Develop and organize training manuals, educational materials, and other resources needed to facilitate programs effectively.
- Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work with department leaders and management to refine training strategies and methodologies based on feedback and outcomes.
- Assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Training Logistics and Records Management:
- Manage the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant registration.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness through detailed reporting.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job interviews and scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for teaching and training.
- Strong computer skills.
- Process-driven with high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and management directions.
- Capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking.
- Passion for RBW’s vision, purpose, and values.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed; slackers need not apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
