Your Internship:
As a Website Design Intern, you will collaborate with our design team to create
visually compelling and user-friendly web layouts. This role will give you
real-world experience designing prototypes, mockups, and responsive interfaces,
while also deepening your understanding of UX principles and modern design
trends.
Your Impact:
A Website Design Intern at Yardi will:
- Work with the team to design visually appealing website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Support the creation of digital assets, brand guidelines, and web design projects.
- Research current design trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve user engagement.
- Test and optimize designs to ensure responsive and consistent experiences across devices.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, providing input and constructive feedback on projects.
Your Profile:
- Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Graphic Design, Web Design, User Experience, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
- Strong attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- WordPress, WIX and/or other website builder experience.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal).
