This is a full-time on-site role as an Aquatics Director located in Uniontown, OH. The Aquatics Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the aquatic programs, managing staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and organizing aquatic events and activities.
- Certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid
- Experience in managing aquatic programs and staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to ensure safety and adherence to regulations
- Knowledge of aquatic event planning and coordination
- Experience with swim instruction and lesson planning
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in a leadership role within a similar setting
