Young Powersports of Centerville is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Powersports Sales Professional to join our team. We are ramping up for a busy season and need to add to our team of talented sales people, so come and sell some of the hottest brands in the Powersports market! As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the perfect powersports vehicle to meet their needs and preferences. With a passion for powersports and a commitment to excellence, you will guide customers through the sales process, providing expert product knowledge and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with powersports purchases
• Creating lifelong customers - through service - value and support
• Training on the latest strategies
• Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is a plus but not absolutely required
• A familiarity with powersports from various manufacturers
• A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory
• A willingness to cold-call customers and to develop leads
• Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record
• Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
