Responsibilities :

  • Upload job postings and ads on industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
  • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
  • Research and identify potential real estate agent candidates
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout screening and hiring process
  • Provide detailed information about position responsibilities, company organizational structure, and anticipated outcomes
  • Clearly communicate key performance indicators and the value they bring to the position
