Position Title: Tax Associate/Customer Support
Location: Herndon, VA, Onsite

YSI is seeking a highly qualified Customer Support person to work at HQ in Herndon, VA. who will support the Tax2efile department. We are looking for someone who has a positive demeanor and an upbeat personality.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) answering phones, creating tickets, documentation, edits, synthesize various types of inputs, generating administrative reports in Excel. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining schedule and managing administrative support is a must. The ideal candidate for this position is a resourceful, problem solver.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong skills using software tools, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365 with expertise in Microsoft Word and, Excel, support program management efforts.
- Ability to critically review, independently edit, format, and synthesize various types of input (verbal, notes, emails, drafts) into a cohesive document or correspondence.
- Results driven, time management, detailed oriented and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Clear and effective communication, business analytical and problem-solving/trouble shooting skills.
*This position is 100% Onsite. Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our office in Herndon, VA.
Qualifications Desired:
- Knowledge in tax forms is a plus
- Skills and experience to independently track activities in Excel spreadsheets.
- Must exhibit a friendly and outgoing personality to interact with client calls.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
