Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that each patron feels welcomed and valued. You will play a key role in our restaurant's success by efficiently managing orders and providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process cash register transactions accurately, handling payments with care.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of culinary presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Uphold restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards is advantageous.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
