Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing integration solutions that align Unifyr’s products with client systems and business processes. This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-centric approach to deliver seamless integrations and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Integration Design : Collaborate with clients to understand their IT environments and develop tailored integration strategies that meet their needs.
- Implementation : Execute the setup, configuration, and testing of integration solutions, ensuring compatibility and performance across systems.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical challenges during the integration process, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project timelines.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including workflows, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Client Support : Provide hands-on support to clients during and after the integration process, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality of solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and customer success, to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Feedback Collection : Act as a customer advocate by gathering and communicating feedback to drive continuous improvement in Unifyr’s integration capabilities.
- Training : Conduct training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on integration best practices and system functionalities.
