As an HR Intern in the Zimmerman InfuZion Internship Program, you will be exposed to all facets of Human Resources! You'll be expected to go above and beyond to ensure all interns have an EPIC internship experience. Top executives and experienced professionals are available to lend you their expertise to ensure that you are prepared for success.
Do not be fooled, this program is not for the faint of heart. This 11-week program takes determination, collaboration, and commitment at all levels. The InfuZion HR experience will introduce you to Onboarding, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Learning & Development, Labor Laws, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, and more!
Human Resources Intern Responsibilities :
- Liaison between agency, HR and InfuZion interns
- Meeting logistics coordination and room set-up
- Taking photographs of activities and maintaining a file of all InfuZion pictures taken throughout the summer
- Recording intern timesheets throughout the duration of the program
- Assembly of new hire welcome kits
- Collect intern paperwork and assemble New Hire Packets
- Assist with Business Continuity planning
- Coordinate philanthropic efforts with the intern group
- Intern conflict resolution
- Compile Infuzion final project and weekly survey data
- Rotate through various sectors within Human Resources and shadow and participate in projects including Training / Events, Facilities / Reception / Office Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Human Resource Operations and Payroll and Benefits
