What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Dismantler position at Zimmerman Brothers Auto & Iron?

Responsibilities:
- Dismantle vehicles and remove parts for salvage or recycling purposes
- Inspect and assess the condition of parts to determine their usability
- Use hand tools and equipment to safely and efficiently remove parts
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in vehicle maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of tire service, brake repair, and automotive repair is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in dismantling vehicles
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Note: This position requires physical strength and the ability to lift heavy objects. It also involves working with potentially hazardous materials. Safety training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
