The successful candidate will manage the workflow and responsibilities of the Back Office Department, ensuring compliance with CySEC regulations. This includes conducting due diligence procedures during account openings, approving and processing client fund transactions, and performing daily reconciliations of bank and client money accounts. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or another related field who possess at least 2 years of experience in a Back Office role gained working for a CySEC regulated investment firm. A strong understanding of AML regulations and procedures is essential, and fluency in Greek and English is a must, with any knowledge of the Russian language considered an advantage.
