Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a client, an innovative provider of custom software solutions and system integrations, is seeking motivated IT Technicians to join their dynamic teams in Nicosia, Larnaca, Famagusta, or Limassol.
 

Main Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for IT equipment, networks, and software issues
• On-site troubleshooting and repair of hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Installing and configuring local and wireless network equipment, including routers and firewalls
• Managing and resolving Active Directory account issues to ensure seamless user access
• Handling data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, security equipment, and networking devices
• Installing and maintaining software applications, including antivirus, drivers, and Microsoft Office troubleshooting
• Configuring peripherals and auxiliary devices, such as scanners and printers
   

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field 
• At least one year of cumulative, dedicated experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products, or at least six months of experience in network management (LAN/WAN)
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and fast-learning mentality

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages 

Remuneration

An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and applicable experience, including: 

• Annual Gross Salary up to €21,500 (payable in 13 salaries) 
• Rewarding the extra effort and dedication with paid overtime (1.5x of the hourly rate)
• Hybrid Model
• Monday to Friday 07:30 – 15:30
