Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a client, a highly dynamic, and innovative Technology Solutions company, seeks to recruit enthusiastic and experienced Sales Managers to join their high-caliber professional team in Nicosia or Limassol. 

 

Main Responsibilities

• Driving sales growth and consistently achieving targets by effectively leading and managing the Sales Team

• Developing and executing a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence

• Setting sales objectives, managing performance, and monitoring sales executives to optimize results

• Analyzing consumer needs and aligning solutions to meet their demands effectively

• Attaining company objectives through strategic planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and forecasting future trends

• Generating high-quality leads and fostering strong, long-term customer relationships

• Identifying customer segments and market trends while staying fully informed on new products and the competitive landscape

• Continuously enhancing leadership, recruitment, and training capabilities while ensuring the team employs effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Representative, preferably in a technical field 
• Experience in managing the sales process from A to Z
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels

• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics

• Possess a continuous learning mentality
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Greek languages

Remuneration

A competitive remuneration package is offered, based on qualifications and practical experience, including: 

• Gross salary in the range of €40,000 per annum, paid over 13 installments

• Commission on sales to existing and new clients
