Job description
The PM Administration Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks which are necessary for the Project Management function of the organization to operate smoothly. Such tasks may include but are not limited to receiving and forwarding communications, reporting, updating databases, invoicing of completed works, planning of activities and scheduling of resources.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain internal and external communication
Prepare and distribute documentation
Manage the internal, external and contractual reporting system
Manage payment orders
Assist with planning and scheduling of project related activities
Create and manage spreadsheets and similar data entry systems
Maintain databases updated
Analyze data and prepare reports, suggestions, and recommendations
Perform any other office/administrative duties
Comply with organizational policies and regulations
Requirements
3-5 years' relevant work experience
Office Administration studies or higher relevant studies
Excellent collaborative and communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Intermediate knowledge of accounting and invoicing
Advance knowledgee of Microsoft Office
Planning and scheduling knowledge
Multi-tasking and attention to detail
Discretion and confidentiality
