Job Description
The role holder is responsible for the implementation of a large project in the areas of city sustainability and smart solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Meet the project scope
Plan according to priorities, considering criticality and urgency
Adhere to timeline and deliverables
Lead, motivate and engage the project teams
Optimize performance and productivity
Plan and ensure availability of resources
Manage stakeholders - communicate and collaborate effectively
Keep control of the financials - manage costs and expenditures
Expedite WIP and the timely invoice for payments
Adhere to legal and contractual obligations - Meet and exceed quality benchmarks and industry standards
Mitigate risks and overcome obstacles
Integrate the various project variables
Desired Skills & Competencies
Business / Management degree
Project management certification / Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
3-5 years previous relevant work experience
Technical and IT skills
Detail-oriented and with in-depth quality management knowledge
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
Time management and collaboration skills
Achiever with the ability to deliver results
Critical thinking, solid judgement and quick decision making
