Job Description 

The role holder is responsible for the implementation of a large project in the areas of city sustainability and smart solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet the project scope

• Plan according to priorities, considering criticality and urgency 

• Adhere to timeline and deliverables

• Lead, motivate and engage the project teams

• Optimize performance and productivity

• Plan and ensure availability of resources

• Manage stakeholders - communicate and collaborate effectively

• Keep control of the financials - manage costs and expenditures

• Expedite WIP and the timely invoice for payments

• Adhere to legal and contractual obligations - Meet and exceed quality benchmarks and industry standards

• Mitigate risks and overcome obstacles

• Integrate the various project variables

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Business / Management degree

• Project management certification / Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).

• 3-5 years previous relevant work experience

• Technical and IT skills

• Detail-oriented and with in-depth quality management knowledge

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills

• Time management and collaboration skills

• Achiever with the ability to deliver results

• Critical thinking, solid judgement and quick decision making

• Ethics and Integrity
