Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare the weekly rotas, to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
• To supervise and assist the staff on a daily basis
• To have excellent understanding and product knowledge
• To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues
• To maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• To enforce and maintain all policies and procedures
• To ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of service area
• To perform any other duties as and when required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Fluency in Greek and English languages. Russian will be considered as an advantage
• Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage personnel
• Guest oriented and service minded
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Readiness to take on responsibilities and duties beyond the narrow frame of his/her responsibilities

• Pleasant and friendly personality with a high sense of customer care
