At the moment, we are looking for a talented, motivated individual who loves customer service, to join the team of our restaurant in Limassol for the position of Restaurant General Manager.

What will you be responsible for?

• Have the general control of the restaurant in order to ensure the smooth operation on all aspects
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies & standards
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Provide high quality of products and services in full alignment with the brand standards
• Manage costs to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
• Manage recruitment, training and development needs of the restaurant

What is your Profile?

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• A degree or Diploma will be considered as an advantage
• Leadership skills & Customer service enthusiast
• Able to work in a dynamic fast-pace environment
• Pleasant and dynamic personality
• Fluency in Greek and English Language
• Computer knowledge
