IPS Operations Manager - Acquiring

About The Client

Our client is a well-established international financial holding with a strong presence in the fintech and payments industry. The company is currently launching its own acquiring business and is building a dedicated team to support this strategic direction.

About The Role

As IPS Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing all processes related to Visa and Mastercard acquiring. You will support the principal membership process and ensure full compliance with card scheme requirements while building efficient internal systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage IPS setup and integration with Visa and Mastercard.
• Lead and support the principal membership application process.
• Maintain ongoing communication with card schemes.
• Ensure compliance with Visa/Mastercard regulations and prioritize new requirements.
• Translate scheme rules into internal procedures and oversee implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness and execution.
• Monitor and optimize acquiring processes from a compliance and performance standpoint.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in acquiring or a similar role within fintech/payments.
• Strong knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules and IPS management.
• Experience working directly with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard).
• Understanding of compliance requirements in acquiring infrastructure.
• Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written).
