Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now hiring Hosts/Hostesses for our hotels in Paphos:

• Leonardo Cypria Bay Hotel
• Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa
• Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Have a general knowledge of the restaurant and its procedures to assist guests with inquiries.
• Coordinate reservations in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
• Greet guests upon arrival, paying special attention to individuals with disabilities.
• Welcome and escort guests to their tables, providing menus when applicable.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, addressing any concerns.
• Maintain communication with kitchen staff, management, and serving staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Assist in marketing and promoting restaurant services. Participate in special events when required.
• Have excellent knowledge of cash register operations.

Qualification Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• High proficiency in Greek & English
• Pleasant and cheerful personality
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills
