Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean are seeking to recruit a Senior HR Officer for Limassol.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or in a relevant field
2 Years Experience in a relevant role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work
Knowledge of computer systems
Able to work in a fast – paced environment and multitask
Honesty and a passion for hard work
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in formulating and implementing human resource policies and programs
Oversee all recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training processes
Prepare and maintain employee records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation
Work closely with Hotel Managers and Head of Departments on performance reviews and personnel issues
Create and maintain positive, productive work environments through conducting human resource and professional development activities
Provide guidance, training, and coaching to new employees
Assist in developing performance appraisals
Orient new employees to office policies, goals, and objectives
Ensure that staff are adequately trained and qualified for their positions
To have a clear understanding of the Hotel’s Health & Safety Rules & Regulation
To implement all the GDPR System’s requirements for the protection of the managed Personal Information/ Data
To have a clear understanding of the Hotel’s Health & Safety Rules & Regulation
To follow the procedure of the forms of all accidents for guests and staff.
Any other job assigned by the Management which is not directly included in the position’s duties but is related to the department.
