The Position:
On behalf of our Client, we are searching for a passionate, driven, and connected individual to join their team as a CFD Business Development Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and in-depth market knowledge, building trust and credibility in every interaction.
- Identify, approach, and onboard institutional and retail clients globally, focusing on CFDs and forex trading.
- Harness the existing connections and grow the relationships within the financial markets to expand FXView’s presence.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor offerings to drive impactful strategies.
- Take ownership of ambitious sales and revenue targets and celebrate the wins with a team that values performance and dedication.
- Work hand-in-hand with the marketing, compliance, and trading desks to deliver seamless client experiences and build lasting partnerships.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of business development experience in CFDs, forex, or financial services. (If the candidate had multiple roles, at least one should reflect 3 years of sustained performance and success.)
- A solid grasp of the trading landscape, industry trends, and client needs, enabling you to speak the language of the markets fluently.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong network of industry contacts is a major advantage, along with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships that drive results.
- Knowledge of trading platforms, bridges, and CRMs is a strong advantage, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients on technical and operational levels.
- The candidate is already based in Cyprus or excited to relocate to this hub of financial innovation.
- Fluency in English is essential. Other languages are a bonus in connecting with diverse global audiences.
