Accounting Officer - Marketing and Communication Firm - Nicosia, Cyprus

The Company:

Our client is a dynamic Marketing and Communication Firm specializing in innovative marketing solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. On their behalf, we are looking to recruit a motivated Accounting Officer to join their team.

The Position:

The ideal candidate will assist in the accounting department, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Maintain financial records and assist with audits.
• Process Monthly Payroll
• Support with expense planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• LCCI Accounting 3rd Level
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location:

The position is based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
